Federal Case against sb 670 dismissed in Calif Federal Court today.
Today I was really disapointed in that I learned something I did not expect to learn, that the Judge can interpret the law to go either way, this Judge just didn't want to protect the Federal Mining laws against the State, and there were no conversations in the courtroom about the fact the state prohibited mining without valid proof or compinsation. Today justice was not given due process.
